Remembers exactly because it happened twice.
The first time was to celebrate the first anniversary which makes her happy to think that memory still serves.
Second time was not long ago when she was going to leave him. He then cut a red rose from her garden and she let is pass as if it was enough.
She still plants roses not hoping to be given one but as a reminder of what life would have been if she had left that day.
